Lead the vivenu Ambassador Programin North America by driving engagement, recruiting new ambassadors, and tracking key success metrics while enhancing referral initiatives with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
Plan and execute high-impact eventssuch as conferences, trade shows, online workshops, and internal corporate gatherings, managing all logistics from invitations to post-event follow-ups
Oversee vivenu’s community-driven initiativessuch as branded merchandise, ambassador perks, and digital engagement campaigns to strengthen brand loyalty
Maintain and optimize CRM databaseswith relevant community and ambassador information for accurate tracking and communication
Gather and analyze community feedbackto provide valuable insights that influence company strategy, product development, and marketing efforts
Introduce innovative engagement strategiesto continuously improve community relationships and brand presence
Manage budgetsand support cross-functional projectsto ensure cost-effective execution of events and other community initiatives as well as contribute to the overall success of vivenu's community engagement efforts What we're looking for
Experience & Background – 3-5 years in community engagement, account management, events, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of building strong communities and brand engagement
Education & Knowledge – A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in strategic outreach and engagement
Communication & Relationship Building – Strong public speaking abilities and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster meaningful connections
Project Management & Organization – Excellent ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results
