As a Community Development Mortgage Officer, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by originating Construction and Permanent Loans that meet our borrowers' needs. You will work closely with our team to analyze loan applications, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions to mitigate those risks.
Key Responsibilities
Originate Construction and Permanent Loans in accordance with CPC's mission and guidelines
Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications to identify potential risks and opportunities
Work with borrowers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop effective loan structures and repayment plans
Present loan packages to the Mortgage Committee for review and approval
Collaborate with the Portfolio Servicing Department to ensure smooth loan closing and conversion processes
