Commercial General/Auto Liability -Senior Claims Adjuster
About the position
The Senior Claims Adjuster for Commercial General and Auto Liability at Gallagher Bassett is responsible for managing and resolving complex claims while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong expertise in general liability and auto liability claims handling, as well as the ability to analyze claims exposure and litigation effectively. The position is fully remote and involves extensive interaction with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims.
Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims.

Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.

Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file.

Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies.
Requirements
High School Diploma.

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
,
Active Adjusters' licenses in FL and TX.
,
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
,
Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's Degree.
