Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist (Proven experience in cold calling and or lead generation)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling/setting potential leads to drive business growth. You will leverage your skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service to engage with prospects and support our sales team in achieving their targets. This position is ideal for individuals who are self motivated and enjoy talking to people. Duties • Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads. Setting appointments and creating a schedule. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and communicating with potential prospects. • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with prospects. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance cold calling techniques and service knowledge. • Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings with potential clients by providing relevant information about leads. Experience • Proven experience in telemarketing/cold calling and or lead generation. • Strong negotiation skills • People skills (Be able to talk to anybody!) • Proficient in typing and email communication. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Previous experience in outbound calling or warm calling is highly desirable.
