ANALYST I

The Analyst I will serve in a customer service environment, overseeing procurement, stocking of supplies, and managing disbursement of checks, while also coordinating meetings and processing public records requests.ResponsibilitiesServes as lead for the procurement and stocking of general overhead suppliesActs as the paymaster for disbursement of all checks for Project ManagementActs as the Conference, Meeting, and Training Coordinator for Project DeliveryProcesses California Public Records Act requestsAssists with Property Control, Facilities, Procurement and TelecomSkillsPossession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicleStatement of Qualification (SOQ) is required.
