One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:As a Cloud Account Executive, you are the driving force behind our new logo sales growth, responsible for acquiring Confluent Cloud customers. Success in this role requires dedication, energy, and a passion for solving customer problems. As a key member of the Cloud Acquisition Team, you'll tap into hot markets, access industry-leading sales resources, and be supported by a diverse team of leaders.What You Will Do:Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close net new logosDrive account consumption growth (ARR)Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectivesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipelineWork collaboratively with your sales territory (RSD and AEs) to boost territory-wide consumption and growthQualify and progress meetings, signups, and use cases passed from inbound sales representativesProvide weekly forecasts on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targetsWork closely with key stakeholders (i.e., Legal, SE, Cloud SDRs, Partners, and Marketing) to ensure successWhat You Will Bring:At least 3+ years of experience in Inside sales and Outbound SDR roles, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding KPIsStrong understanding of Korea marketHunger to acquire technology acumenStrong ability to communicate business value effectivelyExpertise in new business prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, qualification, and closeExcellent time management and organisational skills to juggle priorities and projectsResilience and drive to deliver resultsReady to build what's next?
