As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure seamless resolution. * Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions, presenting arenaflex in a positive light at all times. * Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention by negotiating reasonable solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. * Collaborate with management to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth. * Provide proactive, consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, responding to every email upon receipt. * Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order. * Maintain standards set forth by arenaflex's QA program, providing the highest quality of service while demonstrating improvements when necessary. * Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including supporting other teams and departments. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner. * Computer literate, with the ability to navigate through programs and windows. * Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple conversations simultaneously. * Effective problem-solving skills, with a low error rate and ability to meet minimum required interactions of 80+ per day. * Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor. **Internet Connectivity Guidelines:** As a condition of employment, employees must provide and maintain a High-Speed Internet connection that meets arenaflex's requirements at all times to maintain employment.
