Clinical Training & Strategy ManagerLocation: Remote - (U.S.âbased)Travel Requirement: Up to 70%Reports To: Associate Director, Sales EnablementPosition OverviewThe Clinical Training & Strategy Manager plays a critical role in advancing Neuroneticsâ mission to empower providers, technicians, and clinical teams through bestâinâclass education, training, and clinical excellence. This role leads the development, expansion, and execution of NeuroStar University (NSU) programs and broader clinical education initiatives across Neuronetics, Inc. while training and coaching Practice Development Managers (PDMs), Neuronetics team members, and NeuroStar customers on the safe and effective use of the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ObsessiveâCompulsive Disorder (OCD), and Anxious Depression.In close partnership with R&D, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, the Clinical Training & Strategy Manager ensures training programs are customerâcentric, scalable, and aligned with realâworld clinical and commercial needs. This role gathers actionable insights from the field to inform product enhancements, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and support longâterm revenue growth, while also contributing to product testing and usability feedback to accelerate timeâtoâmarket. Thriving in a fastâpaced, evolving environment, this individual is a dynamic communicator and strong relationshipâbuilder, committed to clinical excellence and continuous educational innovation.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Training & Education DeliverySupport the development, delivery, and certification processes for Practice Development Managers (PDMs) and NeuroStar customers.Oversee and conduct hands-on training programs for new accounts, including physicians and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and safe use protocols.Guide clinical teams on:Pre-treatment planningMotor threshold estimationTherapeutic technique and patient positioningTreatment management and follow-up careEnsure customer understanding of NeuroStar clinical trial data and its application to achieving optimal patient outcomes.Assess ongoing customer training needs and deliver follow-up education to maintain clinical proficiency.Curriculum & Program DevelopmentBuild, refine, and maintain NeuroStar University curricula and NeuroStar Academy online learning content in alignment with strategic direction from the Associate Director of Sales Enablement.Drive curriculum innovation to support scalability, digital learning, and adult learning methodologies.Create and update customized training content, including:Slide decksManuals and job aidsAssessments and educational toolsField & Cross-Functional CollaborationDevelop strong partnerships with field sales teams to ensure alignment between clinical education and customer needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, Reimbursement, and other internal stakeholders to identify training gaps and enhancement opportunities.Participate in MLRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) review processes to ensure all training materials meet regulatory and quality standards.Contribute to usability testing, product development discussions, and structured feedback sessions with internal teams.Program Monitoring, Reporting & OptimizationMonitor and assess training program outcomes, contributing recommendations for continuous improvement.Gather, track, and analyze data and trends to inform training updates and strategy.Provide accurate documentation and reporting of all training activities and customer interactions in compliance with company SOPs.Identify operational needs and process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.Promote and maintain a safety-conscious training environment at all events and training sessions.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport educational events including:NeuroStar University (NSU)NeuroStar Sales Meeting (NSM)NeuroStar Academy (NSA)Summit, Greenbrook education events, and other Neuronetics sponsored programsPerform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Proven ability to create and deliver effective clinical education with measurable outcomes.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills; adaptable to diverse audiences.High level of adaptability and comfort in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Abilityâor willingness to learnâto create educational videos using platforms such as Clipchamp, Vyond, Zoom, or similar tools.Education & ExperienceBachelorâs degree required (BS in Science, Nursing, or Business preferred).Minimum 4â7 years of relevant clinical experience in the medical industry, including:Direct patient interactionLeading clinical discussions with physicians2â3 years of experience in sales training or a related function within:Medical devicesMedical technologyPharmaceuticalsExperience delivering training or education in healthcare or clinical settings strongly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience with adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development.Prior experience training or supporting field-based commercial or clinical teams.Background in behavioral health, neuromodulation, or related therapeutic areas.Experience presenting to large or diverse audiences, both virtually and in person.Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable training content.Physical RequirementsAbility to travel up to 70%, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and domestic travel.Ability to lift and carry training materials and equipment as needed.Ability to stand for extended periods during hands-on training sessions. *Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
