[Remote] Technology and Innovation - Technical Program Manager (FinTech / LegalTech)

They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical systems in regulated FinTech or LegalTech environments, focusing on ERP or SaaS business systems.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Own end-to-end delivery of ERP or SaaS business systems supporting financial, legal, billing, or compliance workflows
ā¢ Lead cross-system, enterprise-grade transformations involving multiple integrated platforms
ā¢ Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, and risk for business-critical initiatives
ā¢ Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders to align technical delivery with business outcomes
ā¢ Drive requirements definition, system integration planning, and implementation oversight
ā¢ Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements throughout delivery
ā¢ Identify and mitigate risks in high-impact, high-complexity transactional systems
ā¢ Communicate clearly and proactively with executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery timelines
ā¢ Support post-implementation stabilization and operational handoff
Skills
ā¢ 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager
ā¢ Strong hands-on ownership of ERP or SaaS business systems (not analytics-only platforms)
ā¢ Direct experience with payments, billing, finance, legal operations, or compliance systems
ā¢ Proven track record delivering cross-system, regulated, business-critical transformations
ā¢ Experience managing integrated, transactional platforms in complex environments
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
ā¢ Comfortable operating in high-risk, compliance-driven environments
ā¢ Experience with ERP systems supporting Finance, Legal, or Compliance functions
ā¢ Ownership of SaaS platforms in regulated domains
ā¢ Background in FinTech or LegalTech organizations
ā¢ Experience delivering systems subject to audits, regulatory oversight, or strict controls
