What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and participate in clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory processes
- Manage complete and timely data management activities as required by protocol
- Submit documentation and specimens to sponsoring organizations in adherence to protocol specifications
- Assist physicians in documenting and submitting patient adverse events to appropriate authorities
- Coordinate patient study visits, including scheduling, procedures, and data collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of data management clinical research experience
- Strong administrative experience and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Required education: High School Graduate; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in Human Subjects Protection and willingness to be trained in phlebotomy if needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRP) or Clinical Research Associate (CCRC)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in clinical research settings
- Familiarity with IRB processes and clinical trial documentation
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment
