As our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll take the lead in overseeing day-to-day operations of our medical and dental clinics. You'll supervise a dedicated team of LPNs, medical assistants, and front office staff-ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflows. You'll also drive quality improvement efforts, conduct chart audits, support staff development, and represent the clinic through community outreach and inter-agency collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinical schedules, activities, and performance goals
Develop and revise policies and procedures
Lead risk management and infection control initiatives
Conduct audits and data analysis to improve care delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies
Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities
Must-Haves:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
RN Licensure (Louisiana State Board of Nursing or Compact License)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working in a diverse, patient-centered environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification
Familiarity with government health policies and compliance standards (HRSA, PCMH, etc.)
Experience in quality/performance improvement and chart audits
