Debt Collections Representatives (Remote)
This is a work-from-home position. Our client is seeking Collections Representatives who live within 100 miles of South Jordan or reside in one of the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana (within 100 miles from Chicago only), Missouri, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments
• Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements for bringing accounts up to date
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to overdue payments, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments and providing assistance in resolving financial issues.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information in Enova's database
Requirements:
• 1 or more years of collections experience required
• Experience in a call center setting is preferred
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
• Multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
Pay and Benefits:

Schedule 1: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:45pm, 1 - Rotational Saturday a month8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule 2: Monday - Friday 9:15am-6:00pm, 1 - Rotational Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule 3: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:15pm
Schedule 4: Monday - Friday 10:15am-7:00pm
• Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
• We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
