Job Summary:
As a Client Services Chat Representative, you will be responsible for assisting students, parents, and staff with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve handling multiple chat conversations, resolving concerns, and offering prompt and courteous support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to chat inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
Provide accurate information regarding school programs, admissions, schedules, and policies.
Assist with enrollment questions, technical support, and general concerns.
Maintain professionalism and a friendly tone in all written communications.
Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up.
Maintain detailed and accurate chat logs and records.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about school updates and announcements.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive student information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or messaging support role.
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing inquiries.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with the education sector is a plus but not required.
