Technical Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise software projects. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery governance for India-based CW teams supporting the ITS organization
• Serve as the single point of accountability for execution, quality, and timelines across initiatives
• Drive cross-functional alignment between US stakeholders and offshore engineering teams
• Ensure strong time-zone overlap and operating cadence to accelerate delivery velocity
• Manage prioritization, backlog alignment, and sprint execution across multiple workstreams
• Provide proactive risk identification, escalation management, and resolution tracking
• Establish standardized reporting, KPIs, and executive-level communication
• Oversee onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing performance of CW resources
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and SaaS ecosystems (ServiceNow, Workday, identity platforms), with familiarity in Agile/DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
• Typically 8–15+ years experience in program delivery, engineering leadership, or enterprise IT environments
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
