Client Project Administrator (Hybrid)

This role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, supporting client conversions, and maintaining compliance documentation.ResponsibilitiesServe as a member of the operations team providing corporate action support to 130+ bank and broker clientExecute shareholder mailings in accordance with issuer requirements and custodial participation guidelinesSupport new client conversions and existing client testing initiativesMonitor systems, policies, and procedures; recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiencyResearch and resolve client inquiries through data analysis and logical problem-solvingAct as a frontline support partner to both clients and internal stakeholdersAdvocate for clients by coordinating across departments to ensure seamless service deliveryDraft and maintain written requirements, documentation, and procedural updatesAssist with compliance documentation and business continuity testing effortsParticipate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviews (both onsite and offsite)Develop and strengthen client relationships to promote satisfaction and identify additional service opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred1+ years experience working in a client support position2+ years of experience in client relations, project management, or a related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple clients, products, and competing priorities effectively is a mustSelf-starter with strong interpersonal skills and accountabilityAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong negotiation and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite1+ years of experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions preferredFamiliarity with DTC's PBS/CA Web platform is a plusBenefitsBonus EligibleAll Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.Company OverviewBroadridge is a provider of investor communications and technology solutions for broker dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers.
