Job Overview As an Outbound Call Agent (Non-Sales), you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data, handling objections professionally, and accurately entering survey responses into our system. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data, requiring a high level of drive and determination. Handling and overcoming objections professionally to ensure survey completion. Accurately entering survey responses into the system, with a keen attention to detail. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or survey support in a high-volume, high-quality environment. Ability to think quickly and respond effectively to dynamic situations. Agile approach to handle various challenges and scenarios during calls. Concise and precise communication skills to clearly articulate survey questions and record responses. Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry. A proactive, go-getter attitude with a commitment to achieving campaign goals. Flexibility to work on rotating shifts as needed.
