Job Responsibilities • Enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity by implementing innovative learning interventions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals to design and deliver effective training solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. • Consult with internal stakeholders to assess needs, provide recommendations, and develop learning products aimed at improving employee performance. • Ensure consistency and quality in the learning development process by adhering to established standard operating procedures and controls. • Evaluate participants' comprehension of course content and adjust instructional approaches to meet diverse learning needs. • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in the development and publication of learning solutions, maintaining high standards of content accuracy and quality. • Oversee program administration during pilot phases and specific project stages, ensuring smooth execution and effective management. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Minimum of 5 years' experience in learning development, needs assessment, and performance consulting. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple programs and projects concurrently. • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively adapting to shifting priorities and rapid changes. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, with a high degree of self-discipline and accountability. • Effective collaborator and team player, particularly in virtual and remote work settings. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all organizational levels. • Advanced analytical and decision-making skills, complemented by innovative and strategic thinking. • Proficiency in content development software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Experience in financial services or a related industry. • Advanced certifications in learning and development, instructional design, or related disciplines. • Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern instructional methodologies. • Experience with data-driven evaluation of learning effectiveness and impact. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, financial services, human resources, learning and development, education, or a related field.
