With a startup-like culture and a global presence, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow your career. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the CX team in Japan, working closely with our global counterparts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for our CLO community, handling inquiries, technical support, and website management.
