They are seeking a Claims Preparation Support Clerk to assist claims handlers and manage documentation related to claim files.ResponsibilitiesAssists claims handlers in obtaining and/or verifying information pertinent to the handling of claim filesMay research policy for claims and policy informationObtains necessary supporting documentation from the involved parties or liability adjuster.
