Key Responsibilities Review reports and data sheets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with precision and attention to detail Search for information on websites and other online resources to gather data and insights Maintain a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made to ensure transparency and accountability Request further information for documents that are considered incomplete or require additional data Analyze completed work for duplication or errors in content before submitting final product to ensure quality and accuracy Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and have experience working with Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with databases and client database systems, and have accurate typing skills.
