Our conduct is guided by and grounded in the Bible, as reflected in our Statement of Faith below.What we are looking for:A driven and mission-focused Church Portfolio Manager to optimize Prison Fellowship's church mobilization efforts by overseeing key cultivation efforts like moves management, church revenue, data analysis and prospecting to support the work of Church Relationship Managers (CRMs).Expectations of this role:Oversee key cultivation efforts like moves management, church revenue, data analysis and prospecting to support the work of Church Relationship Managers (CRMs)Work collaboratively to ensure smooth and transparent communication and processes are in placeAct as ministry-wide point of contact for new account triage and appropriate upgrades/downgrades as relationships progressPartner with CRMs to develop and implement church account assessments, providing actionable insights on portfolio performance, programmatic opportunities, and fundraising growth strategiesQualifications:3+ years demonstrated experience managing diverse portfolios of accounts and working with sales or fundraising teams to create more effective account managementBachelor's degree or relevant work experience and combined courseworkExcellent knowledge and highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in Word and Outlook. Strong background in account management, development/fundraising, and data analysis; experience in the nonprofit development space preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis is a remote/work from home position with a 5% travel componentWhat we offer:At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors.
