Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Strategic Operator

Role Overview Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Strategic Operator Reports to: Founder (Michael) Location: Remote (Houston/Texas-based preferred but not required) Mission: Run day-to-day operations for Kobla Development (real estate development & flipping) and Kobla Brands (media, eCommerce, personal brand) so the Founder can focus on high-level deals, vision, and billion-dollar growth. Responsibilities • Oversee all departments (Acquisitions, Construction, Marketing, Finance, Content, Operations). • Implement company playbooks & SOPs. • Track performance via KPIs; report weekly to Founder. • Lead hiring, onboarding, and team scaling. • Manage budgets, cost controls, and bulk vendor contracts. • Ensure all projects hit deadlines, margins, and investor expectations. • Anticipate risks and escalate per Escalation Protocol Table. Ideal Candidate Profile • Background: Real estate development / construction + business operations. • Traits: Integrator, detail-driven, strong communicator, leadership presence. • Skills: • Process-driven (SOPs, playbooks, project management) • Negotiation with lenders, contractors, vendors • Financial acumen (pro forma, P&L, cash flow) • Comfortable running virtual teams Compensation • Base Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month (depending on experience) • Performance Bonus: Based on company milestones and profitability • Equity/Phantom Equity: Potential option after 12 months • Growth Path: High-impact leadership role with autonomy and ownership How to Apply Please submit your application through this link: Have questions?
