Chat Support Officer
Job Description:
WeWork is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic and drive to... succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems
- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Hardworking and driven personality traits
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
