Position Overview: We’re looking for a Webflow Website Designer/Specialist who can own the ongoing development and strategic evolution of a founder’s personal brand website (WesGay.com). You’ll work closely with the founder to conceptualize and build pages, refine user flows, and drive conversion strategy – all within Webflow. This is not just a technical implementation role; we’re looking for someone who thinks about user experience, storytelling, and conversion as much as visuals. Key Responsibilities: Own the Webflow site – from structure to design to performance. Design and build new landing pages and iterate on existing ones. Work with the founder to translate messaging strategy into effective page layouts. Ensure responsiveness and UX across all devices. Maintain consistent branding, typography, and visual standards. Identify opportunities to improve flow, clarity, and conversion. Suggest and test design iterations based on strategic goals. Light integrations with tools (e.g., forms, email platforms, analytics). Qualifications: Proven experience designing and building Webflow websites (please include portfolio). Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-oriented design. Ability to communicate design decisions and strategy clearly in English (advanced English proficiency required). Comfort working directly with a founder/stakeholder on strategy. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Attention to detail in visual design, copy spacing, and layout. Self-starter attitude with ability to manage your own workload. Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc. Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS. Experience in publishing/content/media via Webflow Knowledge of project management tools like Basecamp, Asana, or Notion. Light automation or CMS experience within Webflow. Apply tot his job
