Amazon Connect Developer
Role & Responsibilities: • Design and develop robust applications using Amazon Connect to optimize customer interactions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Implement RESTful APIs to integrate various systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. • Utilize your knowledge of AWS services to deploy scalable solutions that meet business needs. • Write clean, maintainable code in languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, and C#. • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Maintain documentation for application development processes and system architecture.
