Certified Pharmacy Technician - Remote Opportunity

Join our caring community and put health first as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a remote, full-time position. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,200 - $55,200 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement. In this role, you will act as an intake specialist, responding to inbound calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers, and performing advanced administrative and operational duties. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to provide superior customer service and support to our hospice partners. Your schedule will include 12:30PM to 9:00PM Central, Monday-Friday, and a rotation every 4th weekend.
To be successful in this position, you will need:

Minimum 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB, CPhT)
TN Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to obtain)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong typing skills (20 wpm minimum)
General working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook
