CentralReach Operations Administrator (ABA) – Remote

Location: Remote (US-based; open to candidates in lower cost-of-living areas) Pay: Starting around $18–$26 per hour, depending on experience and location Job Type: Full-time (Part-time considered for the right fit) About the Role You’re the person who can live inside CentralReach and keep an ABA organization running cleanly from the inside out. This role oversees the day-to-day operation and optimization of CentralReach, encompassing scheduling, authorizations, EVV, documentation workflows, and case management. If you’re a BCBA or senior “master RBT” who became the unofficial CentralReach guru at your last job, this is built for you. What You’ll Do - Case & System Ownership - Act as the operational case manager in CentralReach: from intake to active services to discharge. - Make sure every client has the right provider, schedule, authorization, and documentation tied together correctly in the system. - Scheduling & Authorizations - Build and maintain clinician and client schedules; prevent double-bookings and gaps. - Enter and monitor payor authorizations, track units, and flag under-/over-utilization before it becomes a billing problem. - Treatment Plans, Notes & Workflows - Maintain and improve templates for treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports so BCBAs and RBTs can document quickly and consistently. - Help clinicians troubleshoot documentation issues and keep workflows clean and efficient. - EVV & Compliance - Configure and support EVV workflows (including CR Mobile and state integrations where needed). - Monitor EVV exceptions, missing punches, and reason codes so Medicaid visits stay compliant and billable. - Optimization & Reporting - Customize views, fields, and simple reports so leadership, billing, and clinical teams all see the data they actually need. - Spot patterns, broken workflows, and recurring errors—and fix them before they become fires. Who You Are - Background - BCBA with strong systems/operations instincts; OR - Highly experienced RBT / coordinator who has owned CentralReach workflows (not just used it to log sessions). - Skills - Deep comfort with CentralReach across scheduling, authorizations, notes/forms, and basic reporting. - High attention to detail with large data volumes (clients, payors, units, schedules). - Able to translate “clinical ask” into a clear system workflow that normal humans can follow. - Preferred - Hands-on EVV experience in CentralReach / CR Mobile (Sandata, Tellus, or similar). - Experience working remotely with distributed clinical and billing teams.
