Preferred Candidate Identified As a Temporary Clinical Reasoning Analyst (CRA) you will be responsible for sustaining and optimizing the integrity of clinical reasoning within solution environments. You will operate at the intersection of clinical insight, operational triage, and real-time decision support. This role serves as both a first-line responder to reasoning disruptions and a proactive safeguard against gaps in clinical judgment architecture. You will: Rapidly identify, assess, and resolve disruptions or gaps in clinical reasoning across assigned solutions Document triage events, interventions, and outcomes in designated tracking systems Monitor the flow and coherence of clinical reasoning across care teams, ensuring seamless care delivery Identify patterns of reasoning breakdown and translate insights into actionable improvement strategies Analyze clinical reasoning trends across customer accounts and report findings to leadership Partner cross-functionally to address findings and implement solutions Model a culture of intellectual curiosity, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical reasoning research, and emerging care delivery trends What We’re Looking For: Clinically experienced professional with a background in nursing or a related healthcare discipline Experience in case management or care coordination within a health plan or hospital setting Strong familiarity applying MCG guidelines in real-world clinical practice Highly analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex clinical, operational, and relational data Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly assess and respond to issues Effective communicator and collaborator who works well across cross-functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Active RN License Required Pay Range: $109,000 – $152,900 All roles at MCG are expected to engage in occasional travel to participate in team or company-sponsored events for the purposes of connection and collaboration.
