Key Responsibilities: Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies. Handle complex transactions with skill and confidence. Stay informed about promotional products and effectively upsell the customers to consider additional items. Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and coworkers. Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the store and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the store, including product displays, cooler doors, and store exterior. Responsibilities also include emptying trash, bagging ice, and restocking items during quieter periods.
