They are seeking a Campaign Planning Specialist in Media Sales to support their sales team during a 12-month maternity leave, focusing on planning digital advertising campaigns across Trooh's campus network.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales representatives to plan and structure digital advertising campaigns aligned to client goals and budgetsSupport RFP responses and proposal development, including media plans and inventory recommendationsTranslate client objectives into a clear brand-aligned campaign proposal using Troohâs campus network and planning dataRecommend the bestâfit campuses and inventory mix by analyzing campus data, impressions, audience insights, and proximityâbased targeting needsAssist with client communication as necessaryProvide backup assistance to the Revenue Operations team to optimize digital advertising campaignsParticipate in special projects, assignments, and administrative duties as neededSkillsPost-secondary education preferably related to business administration or related field1-2 years of experience in digital media planning, digital advertising, or a preâsales/sales support role (advertising agency, media owner, or related environment)Experience supporting sales teams through campaign planning, proposal/RFP development, and translating client marketing objectives into structured campaign plans and inventory recommendationsFamiliarity with digital media planning concepts such as impressions, reach, frequency, and audience segmentation, with comfort using Excel (including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas), planning systems, or internal dashboards to support decisionsExperience working within a media CRM or planning platform; familiarity with Broadsign, Perion, and audience platforms is an assetInterest in or ability to learn the U.S. college and university landscape and campusâbased media environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a deadlineâdriven environmentCollaborative and serviceâoriented approach with a willingness to partner closely with sales and internal teamsBenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesGenerous paid time off as well as a December holiday closure4.5 Day Work WeekMilestone Recognition ProgramEmployee Referral bonusesTraining opportunities: Online and leadership development trainingVibrant team-work environmentCompany OverviewTrooh is a media company that offers marketing, advertising, and business development services.
