Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Morrow GA 30260 (Remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay Rate: $15/hr W2
Note - After completion of Training, the base rate is $15.00. After 6 months they are eligible for increase to $16.00 after a year eligible for an increase to $17.00.
Training hours: 8:30 am -5:00 pm EST Monday Friday (30minute lunch.) Training hours are subject to change.
Job Description
Consultants will assist customers with enrolling into their healthcare benefits during the open enrollment period. The program is heavily focused on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
