Know Your Client Case Manager - Associate

They are seeking a Know Your Client Case Manager to manage and coordinate KYC due diligence activities for client relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage the client adoption and onboarding process in partnership with DD analysts, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations and jurisdictions, as well as the Firm’s KYC Policy and Key Operating StandardYou will use internal and external systems and tools to gather information and conduct risk-based assessments of clients, including identification, plausibility, validation, and verification of client information in accordance with the intended nature of business, purpose of the relationship, and source of fundsYou will conduct client outreach in support of KYC operations, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations and jurisdictions, as well as the Firm’s KYC Policy and Key Operating Standard, including both IDD and initiated outreachYou will be responsible for managing the work performed to establish the acceptability of the Bank’s clients in a clear and documented manner, enabling the Bank to demonstrate that it has met its regulatory obligationsYou will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support file progress, completion, and overall qualityYou will comply with data protection requirements and client confidentiality restrictionsSkillsModerate industry experience in KYC and understanding of Investment Banking productsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAttention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience working with near and offshore stakeholdersProficient with MS Office applications and strong in ExcelAbility to communicate clear and concise requirements with clients and key stakeholders; translating complex policy requirements into simple and easy to understand termsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client onboarding Directors, Team Leads, Lines of Business, Operations, Audit, Compliance, and Technology to ensure consistent quality deliveryBenefitsHealth and wellbeing benefitsRetirement savings plansParental leaveFamily building benefitsEducational resourcesMatching giftsVolunteer programsCompany OverviewDeutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
