Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations for Amazon Fresh. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for the grocery delivery service, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all aspects of the supply chain, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead a team of supply chain professionals to execute on operational plans and achieve business objectives. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and technology, to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance supply chain performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new processes and technologies to enhance the supply chain. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the supply chain team, providing coaching and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
