Qualifications and Experience of Call Center Support Agent:
ā¢ Prior experience is not a prerequisite as training is included.
ā¢ Strong aptitude for interpersonal communication.
ā¢ Fundamental computer abilities for monitoring packages and maintaining records.
ā¢ Competence in multitasking and ensuring meticulous focus.
ā¢ Being legally allowed to work in the U.S. is a fundamental prerequisite.
