Part-Time Call Center Representative (REMOTE South Carolina)
Position Overview:
Catapult Fundraising is seeking motivated, professional individuals with excellent phone etiquette to join our team as Fundraising Specialists. In this remote role, you will play a key part in supporting our nonprofit partners by soliciting donations via phone calls. Our clients include renowned organizations such as Miracle Flights, Special Olympics, and Honor Health Foundation, among others.

Work Schedule:
We prioritize flexibility for our Fundraising Specialists, allowing them to work a schedule that fits their needs. Our standard shift hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST
Sundays: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM ES OR Friday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST
While additional evening or morning shifts may be available, these are not guaranteed.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive starting pay of $13.00 per hour, with scheduled pay increases at 90 days, six months, and one year of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to client-approved messaging and fundraising scripts on every call.
Engage with prospective donors, serving as an enthusiastic ambassador for the organization.
Make a compelling case for financial support with each call.
Maintain professionalism in both appearance and communication.
Maintain a positive and engaging attitude.
Foster a fun and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using telecommunication systems and Microsoft Office.
Passion for philanthropy and understanding the vital role of nonprofits in society.
Technology Requirements:
A reliable computer (NO MACs or Chromebooks) with internet connectivity.
A headset with a microphone.
This position is available only to residents of South Carolina.
