Provide remote nursing support to UnitedHealth Group members, utilizing clinical expertise and knowledge to guide and assist with their healthcare needs.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate compassion and dedication in every interaction with members, showing empathy and understanding for their individual needs and concerns.
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for members.
Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and guidelines, incorporating them into daily nursing practices to provide the best possible care for members.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess member needs, identify potential health risks, and develop appropriate care plans.
Document all interactions and interventions accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, ensuring the protection of member information and confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve nursing skills and knowledge.
