Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product information, billing inquiries, and service issues.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Associate’s or Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience
Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
