What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and text, providing strong customer focus
- Maintain a nonjudgmental attitude while assisting clients from diverse backgrounds
- Assess clients' needs using active listening and pertinent questions
- Record client information into the call center database and provide appropriate referrals
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and complete assessments for high-risk situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Associate's degree preferred or one to two years of related experience in Social Services or Human Services
- High level of written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using call center software, computer hardware, and telephone equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules and maintain confidentiality
