California Real Estate Attorney – LA County Substitution of Trustee & Full Reconveyance
I am the Beneficiary under a California Deed of Trust recorded against a condominium in Los Angeles County. The underlying Settlement Agreement/loan has been fully paid off, and I now need to clear the lien. I’m looking for a California‑licensed real estate or transactional attorney who is familiar with Los Angeles County recording requirements to: • Review my existing Deed of Trust and related Settlement Agreement. • Prepare and/or confirm a proper Substitution of Trustee and Full Reconveyance (or equivalent reconveyance documentation) that will be accepted for recording in Los Angeles County. • Serve as substituted trustee and sign the Full Reconveyance. • Provide clear filing/recording instructions and, if feasible, handle submission to the LA County Recorder (I will pay all recording and courier/mailing fees separately).
