Business Consultant for Food Brand Company Formation (End-to-End Guidance Needed)

We are in the process of developing branded food products and are looking for an experienced business consultant who can guide us from start to finish in forming the company and making it fully compliant. This is not a one-time advisory call. We need hands-on, step-by-step guidance covering company formation, documentation, licenses, and regulatory compliance until the business is ready to operate and scale. Scope of Work (End-to-End): Advising on the best legal structure for a food brand (Pvt Ltd / LLP / Proprietorship, etc.) Complete guidance on company formation Documents required Registration process Timelines and compliance Guidance on all licenses and approvals required for food products, including but not limited to: FSSAI (state / central as applicable) Trade license GST registration MSME / Udyam (if applicable) Any state-specific or product-specific approvals Advice on labeling, packaging, and regulatory norms (at a compliance level) Guidance on bank account setup, basic compliance, and statutory requirements Support until the company is fully formed, licensed, and ready to operate What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Consultant / Startup Consultant Strong background in food industry company setup (mandatory) Clear understanding of Indian regulatory and licensing frameworks Ability to explain processes clearly and guide execution Experience working with founders and early-stage brands Deliverables: Clear checklist of documents and licenses Step-by-step roadmap with timelines Ongoing guidance through each stage until completion Engagement Type: Consulting project (short-term initially, with potential for extended engagement) How to Apply: Please include: Your relevant experience with food businesses or FMCG brands Examples of similar company formations you’ve guided Your approach to handling this project end-to-end Apply tot his job
