Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Business Coaches with expertise in the home service industry to guide our franchisees in successfully running and operating their local businesses. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a rewarding royalty-sharing model, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the success of our franchise network.
Responsibilities:
Provide coaching to franchisees, guiding them on local marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, team management, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with franchisees to schedule coaching calls that work for both parties, offering flexibility in your schedule.
Share industry expertise and best practices to help franchisees overcome challenges and grow their businesses.
Develop customized coaching plans based on each franchisees needs and goals.
Track franchisee performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure continued success.
Build strong relationships with franchisees, fostering a commitment to their long-term growth.
Transition from hourly coaching to a royalty-based compensation model after 3-6 months, earning a share of royalties from the franchisees you coach.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience running a successful home service business (e.g., house cleaning, handyman services, lawn care, roofing, gutters, pressure washing).
Deep expertise in the home service industry, with a strong understanding of local and digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and operational best practices.
Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and guide franchisees to achieve their business goals.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to franchisee success.
Excitement about the royalty-sharing model and a long-term vision for earning scalable, recurring passive income.
Compensation:
Phase 1: Hourly rate for coaching sessions during the first 3-6 months.
Phase 2: Transition to a royalty-based compensation model, earning a share of royalties from the franchisees you coach.
The more successful you are in coaching franchisees, the more franchisees will be assigned to you, increasing your earning potential.
