Remote Healthcare Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to add a few new recruiters to our team. Preferably recruiters with a min of 1 year of experience, with sourcing experience being a huge plus. We are also open to welcoming new recruiters who may not have experience in healthcare recruiting but have experience in other related fields such as sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā¢ Interacting with potential candidates on different social media platforms and professional networks.
ā¢ Creating and sending engaging recruiting emails.
ā¢ Contacting passive candidates and bringing them in for both current and future hiring needs.
ā¢ Ability to devote at least 20 hours per week to actively sourcing new candidates.
ā¢ This is not a full cycle recruiting position, you will only be responsible for actively sourcing and screening candidates.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Must be a resident of the US
ā¢ Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and/or candidate management systems.
ā¢ Must have strong time management skills.
ā¢ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and online etiquette skills.
ā¢ Must have an internet connection
ā¢ Laptop or Smartphone is required.
