Business Accountant
Join our dynamic, audit-aware accounting team providing specialized financial services to law, architectural, and engineering firms. As a Lead Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and providing expert insights to drive our clients success. You will:
Produce accurate financial and management reports that support data-driven decision-making for our clients. Provide insights into financial performance trends and deliver actionable feedback to optimize their financial strategies.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review income statement items to ensure accuracy. Proactively identify patterns and potential issues.
Oversee and streamline multiple billing, management, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage technology and best practices for optimal results.
Support and collaborate with firm managers, CFOs, and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed.

Work Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. 30 hours should be worked between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The remaining 10 hours per week can be completed in the evenings, weekends, or during regular business hours. A secure, interruption-free home office setup is essential.
