Ā Process invoices and manage accounts payable using QuickBooks Desktop.
Ā Handle weekly reimbursement requests efficiently.
Ā Organize and manage accounting files effectively.
Ā Execute weekly check runs and input weekly payroll journals.
Ā Ensure accuracy in financial records by promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Ā Present weekly accounts payable reports for timely review and resolution.
Ā Reconcile monthly bank statements and enter General journal entries.
Ā Prepare weekly financial reports for management review.
Ā Assist Tax Accountants with tax filings.
Ā Track and record expenses accurately.
Ā Monitor business expenses and revenue, identifying opportunities for growth.
Ā Manage vendor accounts, resolving inquiries and discrepancies.
Ā Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements And Skills
Ā Proficiency in QuickBooks with 3-4 years of experience.
Ā Familiarity with Paycom is preferred.
Ā Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ā Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
Ā Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping and accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Ā Strong understanding of standard accounting principles and practices.
