About the Role: Apple Client Platform Engineer We are seeking an experienced Apple Client Platform Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services in the installation, implementation, and support of Jamf's products to customers. As an Apple Client Platform Engineer at Alectrona, you will play a pivotal role in empowering people to be their best selves and do their best work. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our customers and the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities Provide remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of Jamf products to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Develop effective solutions to unique customer challenges, optimizing the effectiveness of Jamf products and Apple endpoints. Assist in handling scoping calls to identify new customer business drivers and requirements for potential service work, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs. Provide ongoing technical support for Managed Service customers in conjunction with the Alectrona team, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and exceptional customer satisfaction. Identify requirements, verify prerequisites, identify engagement issues, and set customer expectations to ensure successful project delivery. Perform engagement administration activities, including pre-engagement planning, deliverables preparation, issues and task tracking, case-study documentation, and post-engagement case management. Provide escalated support for professional services engagements, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure customer success. Work with team leads to mentor other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Contribute to new product and services concepts & development, driving innovation and growth within the organization. Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with Alectrona's core values, mission, and purpose, adhering to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards. Essential Qualifications 2-4 years of experience working with Jamf Pro, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. 5-7 years of experience working with Apple products, with a strong foundation in Apple ecosystem and technology. Business-level English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy-to-understand, non-technical manner, ensuring effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Jamf Certified Tech (200) certification, with preferred certifications including Jamf Certified Admin (300) and Jamf Certified Expert (400). 4-year/Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant experience and knowledge, with a strong educational foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of adapting to changing priorities and technologies. Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with expertise in Apple products, Jamf Pro, and endpoint management. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
