ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5- day remote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly. The Schedule: Start date, Monday August 19thThe schedule for this class will be Monday-Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off, from 12pm-8:30pm; 30min unpaid Lunch and 2 paid 15min breaks.Paid Orientation and training will start on : 08/19/24 - 08/23/24.11am-6pm ( Day 1 is 10a-6p)The Pay Rate:Hourly pay is $11/hr. plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.($12/HR IF YOU LIVE IN FLORIDA)RequiredQualifications: ? 2 years of strong sales experience( call center or outside sales) ? Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications ? Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner ? Self-directed with analytical skills ? Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills?Must pass 7-year background check? Must have secured designated workspace separate free from distractions and noise ? Must be hardwired for internet service with ethernet cord NO WIFI (or Hot bolthires) ? Must have USB headset with microphone mute and noise cancelling function ? Must have a Windows 10 or better computer (No Mac books or Chrome books)Preferred Qualifications ? Home services experience sales ? Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism ?
