A client based in Houston, TX, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BMC Helix Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise ITSM solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience.
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms.
ā¢ Proven track record in enterprise ITSM implementations and integrations.
ā¢ Helix Digital Workplace Advanced 20.x and greater.
ā¢ Helix Digital Workplace Catalog 19.x and greater.
ā¢ Helix ITSM 19.x (Professional) and greater.
ā¢ Technical Skills:
ā¢ Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy, ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms.
ā¢ Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
ā¢ Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
ā¢ Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
ā¢ Preferred
ā¢ Experience with BMC Innovation Studio.
ā¢ Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
ā¢ REST API Experience is a big plus.
