A client based in Houston, TX, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BMC Helix Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise ITSM solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System.
Qualifications:
⢠3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience.
⢠5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms.
⢠Proven track record in enterprise ITSM implementations and integrations.
⢠Helix Digital Workplace Advanced 20.x and greater.
⢠Helix Digital Workplace Catalog 19.x and greater.
⢠Helix ITSM 19.x (Professional) and greater.
⢠Technical Skills:
⢠Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy, ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms.
⢠Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
⢠Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
⢠Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
⢠Preferred
⢠Experience with BMC Innovation Studio.
⢠Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
⢠REST API Experience is a big plus.
