Bilingual Social Worker - Medicare

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Social Worker - Medicare at Cigna to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a passion for providing excellent patient/client care, including the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, and will have a keen eye for detail. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of Medicare benefit plans and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient/client care to Medicare beneficiaries in both English and Spanish.
Develop and implement culturally appropriate programs and services to meet the needs of Spanish-speaking Medicare beneficiaries.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of Medicare beneficiaries, providing necessary care coordination and support services.
Educate Medicare beneficiaries on the availability and utilization of their Medicare benefits.
Respond to inquiries from Medicare beneficiaries regarding their coverage and benefits.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the most beneficial use of Medicare services.
Track and document all services provided to Medicare beneficiaries, including creating reports and maintaining accurate records.
Remain up-to-date on Medicare regulations and policies, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop creative solutions to challenging issues.
Work independently and within a team environment to ensure the best possible outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries.
