• Heartbeat Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Service Coordinator to join our Operations team!
• In this role, the employee will be required to work the hours of 9 am to 5 pm CST.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Exceptional people skills and a GREAT communicator
• Capability to document detailed workflows and clearly communicate across stakeholders and functional teams on business requirements
• A team player with a high level of independence and proactivity
• Strong data and analytics skills with a track record of making savvy, data-driven decisions
• Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
• Detail-oriented with a focus on processes
• Fast learner while being flexible and adaptable
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-driven and excited to support new technology
• Spanish-speaking
• Medical assistance experience
