Bilingual Analyst, Case Management – Field – Manatee County, Ruskin, Apollo Beach or Sun City FL

They are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Analyst, Case Management Coordinator to manage a caseload of supportive and medically complex members, ensuring effective care coordination and optimal healthcare outcomes.
